Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Mint Room. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic  and International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  At the time of shipment, an email and/or sms notification will be sent with tracking information, based on the communication preference provided at checkout.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The Mint Room utilizes real-time rating quoting from multiple shippers in order to provide the most flexible and cost-effective options to our customers.

Delivery delays and exceptions can occasionally occur.  In these cases, The Mint Room will work with our customers and the shipping vendors to pursue available options to rectify the issue.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Only USPS service can be used to ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be updated.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Mint Room is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

The Mint Room is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
